Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership & oversight of all nursing operations Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing nursing team Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Drive clinical excellence, quality measures, and positive survey outcomes Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care Manage staffing, scheduling, and budget performance Lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes and staff engagement What We're Looking For We're looking for a confident leader who blends clinical expertise with emotional intelligence and operational savvy.
Qualifications:
