Reporting to the VP, Chief Operations Executive, you will be responsible for efficient and effective operations within assigned nursing departments like the Emergency Department and several support, and ancillary services. Align system strategies with site operations to assure nursing practice reflects established standards of care and practice and establishes a culture that promotes patient safety. Responsible and accountable for the safe transition of patients through the continuum of care to include active participation of nursing staff in planning and coordinating patient care, and direct hand-off to next appropriate level of care. Be responsible for the provision of the overall administration, operation, direction, design, financial performance, human resource management, regulatory compliance, quality, utilization management, marketing, integration and evaluation of assigned units. #LI-JS1
