Competitive salary:
$175,000- 225,000 annually Leadership autonomy with regional support Established skilled nursing facility with strong census Opportunity to build, mentor, and inspire nursing teams Collaborative interdisciplinary environment Commitment to quality outcomes and regulatory excellence Director of Nursing Responsibilities Oversee all nursing operations within the skilled nursing facility Ensure compliance with CDPH, CMS, and federal/state regulations Lead and mentor RNs, LVNs, and CNAs Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence Monitor staffing, budgeting, and labor management Oversee infection control, risk management, and clinical systems Partner with the Administrator to maintain operational success Ensure high standards of documentation, survey readiness, and resident care outcomes Qualifications Active California RN license (required) Minimum 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing preferred Strong knowledge of Title 22 regulations, CMS guidelines, and survey process Proven ability to lead teams, improve systems, and drive accountability Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for serving the elderly and improving quality of care Ideal Candidate We're looking for a confident, solutions-focused clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the balance between regulatory compliance, team culture, and exceptional resident care.
