No Job Description We're looking for a Director of Staff Development who is passionate about supporting clinical excellence through education, training, and professional growth. In this role, you'll evaluate staff education needs, develop and implement training programs, and support onboarding and continuing education across the organization. You'll lead initiatives such as safety education, in-service training, and new employee orientation while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. This role also includes managing CNAs and supporting the hiring and development of licensed nurses and interdisciplinary staff. Key Responsibilities Evaluate staff education needs and available resources Develop and implement educational programs, including safety classes and staff training Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation Maintain program records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements Provide consultation on educational methods and best practices Hire, manage, and evaluate CNAs and assist with onboarding clinical staff Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance staff competency, support quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
