Leadership & Professional Integrity Leads with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and ethical judgment; models nursing values while fostering resilience, accountability, and a culture of trust, respect, and psychological safety. 2. Strategic & Operational Leadership Drives strategic and operational direction for nursing services, translating priorities into measurable outcomes; leads initiatives that improve quality, safety, access, equity, and efficiency while ensuring readiness in complex and changing environments. 3. Professional Practice & Governance Ensures excellence in nursing practice through evidence-based standards; oversees shared governance, promotes continuous improvement, and represents nursing perspectives in organizational decision-making. 4. Communication & Relationship Management Communicates transparently across all levels; builds strong interdisciplinary partnerships and fosters collaboration, alignment, and effective conflict resolution. 5. Quality, Safety & Regulatory Oversight Leads quality and safety efforts using data-driven decision-making; ensures compliance with regulatory standards and integrates evidence, innovation, and population health strategies to improve outcomes. 6. Financial & Workforce Leadership Oversees financial and operational resources; leads workforce strategy including recruitment, retention, development, and succession planning while ensuring accountability for clinical and financial outcomes. About Boulder Community Health and Boulder, Colorado Boulder Community Health (BCH) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Boulder, Colorado, serving the Boulder County community. Our flagship facility, Boulder Community Hospital, along with several other locations, provides comprehensive care, including acute care, emergency services, psychiatric care, and outpatient services. BCH offers a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, maternity, and mental health care, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered, high-quality care.
