In this vital role, you will support the development and implementation of nursing strategies that promote exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and staff engagement. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are at the forefront. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence clinical practices, oversee educational initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
Salary:
$79,500-$90,000. Pay is dependent on applicant's experience. Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing strategic planning initiatives to enhance nursing services and patient outcomes Support budgeting processes, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational goals and financial sustainability Lead management efforts by supervising nursing staff, fostering professional development, and promoting a positive work culture Oversee educational administration, including staff training programs, competency assessments, and ongoing professional education Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards Provide leadership in clinical decision-making, policy development, and implementation of best practices Mentor nursing managers and staff to cultivate leadership skills and improve team performance Requirements Proven experience in management within a healthcare or hospital setting with a focus on nursing leadership Active LPN/RN License and in good standing. Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in education administration and teaching within a healthcare environment or university setting Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
