If so, this is an exciting opportunity to step in as Director of Nursing —either on an interim basis with the option to transition to permanent, or as a permanent leader from day one. Over the past few years, our leadership has worked to strengthen relationships with local hospitals, community organizations, and the Veterans Administration. About the Role As Director of Nursing , you will lead clinical operations, mentor and develop the nursing team, oversee regulatory compliance, and continue our progress toward becoming one of Denver's most respected care providers. You'll work closely with a supportive NHA, an experienced ADON, and a dedicated group of team members in scheduling, infection control, wound care, and MDS coordination. Great Fit If You:
Are a licensed RN in Colorado (or hold a compact state license) Have proven Director of Nursing or senior nurse leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Are confident in leading through surveys and maintaining compliance Possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Enjoy working in a supportive environment with low reliance on agency staffing
