We are seeking a skilled and experienced LDRP Nurse Manager to oversee the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum units within our healthcare facility. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee the daily operations of the LDRP units, including staffing, patient care, and administrative tasks Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Manage and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure positive outcomes Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:
