What You'll Do
Lead the delivery of high-quality resident care and clinical services
Manage and mentor nursing staff while overseeing caregiving teams and daily operations
Conduct resident assessments and guide individualized care planning
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local clinical regulations
Promote residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Respond to urgent clinical needs and support resident care outcomes
Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered care environment
Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
Uphold and promote the mission and core values of Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Colorado RN License or Compact RN License required
3-5 years of nursing leadership experience required
Strong critical thinking skills and sound independent judgment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
3-5 years of gerontological nursing experience
Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing care programs
Prior senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing leadership experience
