As a vital member of the school's management team, you'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that the program operates in full compliance with the Board of Nursing, as well as all governmental, accreditation, and company policies and procedures. Requirements MSN or higher Current Registered Nurse License from the state of CT Minimum of 3 years' experience as full-time faculty in an accredited or approved nursing education program Minimum of 3 years related clinical nursing practice experience Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred Responsibilities Focus on students' academic and professional success and work closely with students to provide support and guidance Ensure the achievement of strong retention, student satisfaction, and professional licensure outcomes Enforce school and academic policies and procedures Responsible for recruiting and hiring faculty and administering faculty orientation.
