Job Summary:
Leads clinical operations across assigned areas to ensure meeting performance metrics and other quality initiatives. Job Responsibilties Leads operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Measures effectiveness and takes steps to ensure continuous performance improvement. Develops and aligns strategies and initiatives from data analytics, trends and other findings that drive performance and goal achievement. Assesses and optimizes revenue opportunities that drive performance in clinical operations, including creating new programs that support these objectives. Engages in development of staff and builds talent to ensure continuity of clinical operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing Master's degree in a related field preferred 3 years required technical experience 1 year of leadership/management experience is preferred We take great care of careers.
