• Full-time Excelcare Lewes is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who plays a key leadership role in supporting the Director of Nursing and ensuring the highest quality of care within our skilled nursing facility.

The ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, supports nursing staff, promotes regulatory compliance, and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for a compassionate and organized nursing professional who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and maintaining excellence in clinical standards. ADON Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and supervising the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care Support compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for nursing staff Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Qualifications:
