Job Description Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager to lead operations for an 18-bed, 24/7 off-campus ED in West Boca. This role oversees ~50 staff across nursing, lab, imaging, and respiratory, driving patient flow, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. The manager will lead supervisors and support staff, partner cross-functionally, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including a future expansion site. Strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage a broad, evolving scope are critical.
