This pivotal role combines clinical expertise with visionary leadership to shape an exceptional patient journey, fostering recovery and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing management experience, a deep understanding of detox protocols, and a passion for guiding teams toward excellence in care delivery. Duties Develop and oversee comprehensive detox protocols aligned with best practices, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines. Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff and care teams to ensure high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each resident's needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, social workers, and therapists—to create individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and physiological requirements. Manage documentation review, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for accurate record-keeping, medication administration, and progress tracking. Conduct regular shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels while maintaining optimal resident-to-staff ratios. Monitor resident's physiology and anatomy-related health indicators closely to adjust care plans proactively during detoxification processes. Ensure staff are trained in medical terminology, medical records documentation review, and the latest nursing administration techniques. Uphold compliance with Medicare standards and other regulatory agencies to sustain accreditation and funding eligibility. Foster a culture of leadership that emphasizes continuous improvement, safety, resident-centered care, and team collaboration. Experience Proven management experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments with a focus on detox or acute care settings. Demonstrated supervising experience in nursing administration or nurse management roles within hospice care or similar healthcare services. Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and the intricacies of care plans related to detoxification processes. Familiarity with EMR systems and EHR systems for documentation review and medical records management. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of medical information. Experience coordinating shift management schedules while maintaining high standards of resident safety and staff efficiency. Knowledge of Medicare requirements related to detox services and resident care reimbursement processes.
