The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare management & leadership. As Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and foster a culture of compassionate patient care and professional development. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to excellence in care delivery & customer service. Responsibilities Manage departmental budgets & labor. Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and leadership development. Oversee educational programs for nursing staff, including ongoing training, & certification updates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with executive leadership to establish department goals. Promote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care. Facilitate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care. Requirements Current RN License. CORE ED Certification preferred Proven experience in healthcare management with a focus on nursing leadership within assisted living settings. Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while fostering professional development. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change. Knowledge of current healthcare / assisted living regulations. Flexible & ability ot be on call as needed.
