Job Description
Primary responsibilities are to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times by providing leadership in the Resident Services Department. This position will report to the Director of Resident Services. The primary hours ill be Monday thru Friday day shift but you must have the ability to work off-shifts and weekends as needed. This position will be hands-on requiring repeated standing and walking for extended periods. Additionally, you must have the ability to bend and stoop and assist in resident care as needed including transfer assistance. Must possess exceptional customer service skills and a love for the older adult population including Alzheimer's and dementia residents.
