Baptist Health is hiring a Directors' Assistant to join the Nursing Administrative Team at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located in downtown Jacksonville.
Shift:
Full-Time | Days | Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
Director's Assistant, Job Responsibilities:
Provides office support to Director. Duties include word processing, schedules, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and statistics. Performs other functions as assigned by the Director. Performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.
Experience Requirements:
2-3 years of Office experience preferably healthcare Proficient in Microsoft Office system, Teams Able to learn multiple computer systems to support service line functions
Education & Credential Requirements:
High School Diploma (required) Associate of Arts/Science (preferred) Join Baptist Health and play a key role in supporting a dynamic team while contributing to meaningful work that impacts patient care.
Primary Location:
Downtown - Howard Building
