Job Description
Position Overview This position is responsible for Assisting the Director of nursing in: the supervision and direction of the nursing staff, the development of policies and procedures, and the establishment of appropriate policies and procedures to provide quality care for all residents. In addition, the position will also manage paperwork associated with daily operations. Responsible for the planning, coordination, direction and development of in-service training programs for the nursing department in accordance with laws, regulations and facility guidelines.
