A growing, mission-driven home healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and respected Director of Nursing to lead our clinical operations and help shape the future of patient care. We're looking for a seasoned nursing leader who combines exceptional clinical judgment with strong operational leadership. What You'll Do Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations and nursing services. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of nurses and clinicians. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, AHCA, CMS Conditions of Participation, HIPAA, and all Florida home health regulations. Oversee OASIS, Plans of Care, clinical documentation, and quality assurance activities. Maintain survey readiness and lead the agency through audits and regulatory reviews. Partner with Operations, Intake, Recruiting, and Executive Leadership to support strategic growth while maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes. Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on patient care, safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Serve as the clinical leader and trusted resource for physicians, patients, families, and staff. What You'll Bring Active, unrestricted Florida RN license. 5+ years of progressive home health clinical leadership experience. Prior experience as a Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager, or equivalent leadership role in home healthcare. Extensive knowledge of Medicare, AHCA, CMS Conditions of Participation, OASIS, and Florida home health regulations. Proven ability to lead clinical teams, manage change, and drive quality outcomes. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Who You Are You lead with confidence, integrity, and accountability. Qualifications:
Active Florida RN license (required) Minimum 2 years of supervisory or DON experience in a homecare or healthcare setting Familiarity with Florida AHCA regulations and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office CPR certification (required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
