DIRECTOR OF NURSING

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the nursing staff and manage day-to-day operations of the nursing department. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Ensure high-quality patient care by monitoring clinical outcomes and implementing improvement initiatives. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in nursing science with role in Administration or other areas related to Nursing Sciences. 2. Valid Nurse Specialist license issued by the Board of Nursing Examiners of Florida. 3.
