We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated Assistant Director of Wellness to join our team at The Blake at Miramar Beach . Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-oriented work environment A meaningful leadership role where your care directly improves residents' health and wellbeing Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding company Primary Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Wellness Partner with the Director of Wellness to ensure effective and efficient daily operations of the wellness department Supervise nursing and personal care staff while supporting resident wellbeing and care needs Assist with onboarding and training of new wellness team members Help build a positive, compassionate, resident-centered departmental culture by working hands-on with team members Assess residents' health, functional abilities, and psychosocial status to proactively manage their care Promote superior care standards and service excellence Collaborate with the Director of Wellness on staff scheduling Support medication cart audits in alignment with regulations and company procedures Assist with care plan development and updates Ensure the community meets all Federal and State guidelines and regulatory requirements Requirements Education, Experience & Certifications A caring heart and genuine desire to serve seniors Current state LPN or RN license Minimum of two years of nursing experience Current CPR certification Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) First Aid certification (preferred) Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term Care (preferred) Experience in dementia care (preferred) Experience with scheduling (preferred) Flexibility to assist across a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
