Apply Now Job Title Director of Nursing Location Naples, FL Department Nursing Services Shifts Hiring Full-time Pay Grade $80-$90K annual salary and additional quarterly bonus opportunity Villa at Terracina Grand Memory Care community is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead their clinical team. The primary purpose of the Director of Nursing is to provide unparalleled service & care to our residents though our Platinum Service® standards. The Director of nursing is responsible to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall functions of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Wage:
$80-$90K annual salary with additional quarterly bonus opportunities Villa at Terracina Grand is a premier memory care community, a 60-bed residence, and situated on the Terracina Senior Living campus located in Naples, FL. This approach allows residents to focus on their individual strengths and engage in meaningful activities.

Education and Experience Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in state. Three or more years of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility. Supervisory Responsibility This position does have direct reports and supervisory requirements.
