Job Description:
Collects data and prepares statistical reports and rosters in collaboration with supervisors. Utilizes positive, professional communication skills in all interactions, both verbal and written. Answers telephone calls courteously, records messages accurately, and routes information promptly. Coordinates the preparation and execution of educational and departmental programs, projects, and daily activities. Manages logistical details for programs and meetings, including room scheduling and preparing detailed schedules. Takes accurate meeting minutes and distributes them promptly. Maintains organized and up-to-date records and documentation. Prepares and processes necessary paperwork, including change forms, time and attendance forms, payroll adjustments, payment authorizations, vouchers, and expense reports. Oversees department cost centers and budget to ensure accuracy.

Strong organization skills [Required] Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills [Required] Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams through process changes and sustainment.
