We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing / Resident Care Director (RN) for a premier senior living operator in the Orlando, Florida market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to step into an interim leadership assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The organization is seeking a hands-on RN leader with prior Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing Director of Nursing experience who can provide immediate leadership, maintain clinical excellence, and support the community through a successful transition. This leader will partner closely with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary team to support clinical operations, mentor staff, and maintain outstanding resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide overall clinical leadership for the community's nursing and resident care operations Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing and caregiving staff Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Maintain survey readiness and oversee quality assurance initiatives Collaborate with the Executive Director and department leaders to support operational excellence Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance improvement efforts Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners Support a smooth leadership transition while maintaining continuity of care Qualifications Active RN license required Previous Director of Nursing, Resident Care Director, or equivalent clinical leadership experience required Prior Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing leadership experience required Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills Available to begin an interim assignment immediately To learn more about this role, connect with us at:
