We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Director (RN) / Director of Nursing for a premier senior living operator in the Orlando, Florida market. The organization is seeking a collaborative clinical leader with prior Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing Director of Nursing experience who is passionate about developing teams, delivering exceptional resident care, and maintaining regulatory excellence. This leader will partner closely with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary team to drive positive clinical outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and service. Key Responsibilities Lead all clinical operations and resident care services within the community Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing and caregiving staff Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements Maintain survey readiness and oversee quality assurance initiatives Collaborate with the Executive Director and department leaders to achieve operational goals Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance improvement efforts Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on quality care and team engagement Qualifications Active RN license required Previous Director of Nursing, Resident Care Director, or equivalent clinical leadership experience required Prior Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing Director of Nursing experience required Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey readiness Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills Passion for serving seniors and creating an exceptional resident experience To learn more about this role, connect with us at:
