Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Oversee budgeting processes for nursing departments, managing resources effectively to support quality care initiatives. Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team of nursing professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Provide instructional leadership in education by facilitating ongoing training, professional development, and competency assessments for nursing staff. Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to optimize clinical workflows, improve patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage personnel recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to maintain a high-performing team. Requirements Proven experience in administration roles is highly desirable, demonstrating strong management capabilities. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and personnel management within healthcare institutions. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in nursing management.
