The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets. Support survey readiness and successful regulatory inspections. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
