Job Description

Director of Nursing (DON) We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) in the Sarasota, FL area to lead the nursing department and ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development within our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care Lead, train, and support nursing staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Manage staffing, care planning, and clinical programs Drive quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
