This position is responsible for oversight of client assessments, care planning, supervisory visits, caregiver clinical support, quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) Private Home Care Provider regulations (Chapter 111-8-65). The RN Supervisor will work closely with agency leadership to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality care delivery in clients' homes throughout the service area. Primary Responsibilities Conduct initial in-home nursing assessments for clients receiving personal care services Complete and update individualized service plans based on client needs Perform supervisory visits in accordance with Georgia DCH requirements Review client condition, progress, concerns, and satisfaction with services during supervisory visits Provide clinical oversight and supervision to caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and other direct care staff Participate in caregiver orientation, training, competency review, and ongoing education Review incident reports, client concerns, and clinical documentation Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation required for state survey readiness Assist agency with policy implementation, quality assurance, and compliance activities Support preparation for DCH inspections, audits, surveys, and corrective action plans if needed Collaborate with physicians, families, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and community referral partners Be available for clinical consultation as needed regarding client carMinimum QualificationsRequired Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Preferred Previous Director of Nursing , RN Supervisor , or clinical management experience in home care Experience with Georgia DCH surveys or licensure inspections Experience with electronic charting / home care software CPR certification Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Mileage reimbursement for client supervisory visits Paid time off Flexible scheduling Leadership opportunity within a growing agency Supportive team environment License Requirement Georgia RN License (Required)
Work Location Hybrid:
office-based in Peachtree Corners with required in-home client supervisory visits throughout Metro Atlanta Apply Qualified candidates should submit: Resume Copy of current Georgia RN license Relevant home care or supervisory experience Minimum 2 years nursing experience Minimum 1 year experience in home care, home health, private duty, hospice, or community-based care Knowledge of Georgia Private Home Care Provider (PHCP) regulations Experience completing nursing assessments and care plans Strong documentation and organizational skills Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local home visits
