What You'll Do Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver care that meets and exceeds regulatory and company standards Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring, and staff development to build a high-performing team Conduct resident rounds to evaluate care quality and champion continuous improvement Manage documentation, compliance, and state/federal survey processes with confidence Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure programs truly meet resident needs Assist in budget planning and monitor monthly performance to keep nursing services running efficiently Evaluate prospective residents to ensure appropriate, personalized levels of care Step into facility leadership responsibilities in the Administrator's absence when needed Who You Are You're an experienced nursing leader who leads by example.
