Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Requirements Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State of GA. Min of 2 years Long Term Care Min of 1 year Nurse management experience Qualifications Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information. Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Ability to present a professional appearance and attitude. Ability to comunicate positively with residents, families and staff Must possess basic computer skills
