  • Fayetteville Center For Nursing and Healing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team.

  • Essential Functions of the Director of Nursing (DON):
  • Implement and oversee the execution of care plans Monitor the clinical staff's administration of medication and care Ensure resident charts and records, reviewed and are complete and accurate in accordance with state and Company guidelines Foster stimulating ADL (Activities of Daily Living) programs that empower and support individual preferences and capabilities.
Create and maintain environments that promote feelings of safety and security, overall well-being, and happiness in both personal and congregate areas of the community. Understand and ensure compliance with Universal Precautions, including infection control standards, hazardous waste policies, blood-borne pathogens, and all safety rules.
  • Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements for Director of Nursing (DON):
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
