Job Description

Director of Nursing 120-140k M-F Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation, or related healthcare setting. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing leadership or management experience. Infection Preventionist Certification required or willingness to obtain certification within an established timeframe. Strong knowledge of nursing standards, clinical practices, infection prevention, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. Experience with MDS, care planning, survey readiness, and interdisciplinary clinical operations preferred. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and support a mission-driven care environment. This role is responsible for leading nursing operations, supervising nursing leadership and staff, maintaining regulatory readiness, supporting quality outcomes, and ensuring strong communication across the interdisciplinary team. The Director of Nursing serves as the facility's certified Infection Preventionist and is responsible for overseeing the Infection Prevention and Control Program. Also holds primary responsibility for nursing staffing and scheduling strategy, ensuring coverage supports quality care, team accountability, and operational effectiveness. This position provides oversight of the MDS process as Annandale's internal MDS champion and primary liaison with Beacon, Annandale's outsourced MDS partner. Major Duties and Responsibilities Leading Clinical Care and Resident Outcomes Direct the overall operations of the Nursing Services Department while ensuring safe, effective, and person-centered care for Residents.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
