Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Foster a positive and engaging work environment

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of Iowa - BSN preferred Proven experience in a nursing leadership role Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to inspire and motivate a team A sense of humor and a passion for making work fun!
