Westview of Indianola Care Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON), Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our clinical team and help drive high-quality, compassionate care for our residents. What You'll Do As Director of Nursing, you will be the leader of our clinical department and a key member of the facility leadership team. Your work will help ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have come to expect from Westview of Indianola Care Center. In this role, you will: Lead and oversee daily nursing operations Support, mentor, and develop nursing team members Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable facility culture Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, and quality improvement initiatives Help set and achieve nursing department goals What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa, compact state, or ability to obtain Iowa licensure prior to start Nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute setting preferred Proven ability to lead teams, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive quality resident outcomes About You You lead by example, communicate with confidence, and believe in creating a culture where residents and team members feel supported. You are passionate about quality care, strong clinical operations, and developing a nursing team that takes pride in making a meaningful difference every day.
