Director of Nursing (DON) - Acute Care Grangeville, ID Full-Time $110,000 - $125,000/year + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance We are hiring an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in a hospital setting. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, staff leadership, and operational efficiency across multiple departments. • Oversee nursing operations across: o Medical/Surgical (primary) o Emergency Department o OB Services o Perioperative Services o Infusion Therapy o Utilization Review
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Monitor patient outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff and leaders
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
• Manage departmental budgets and labor costs
• Support patient flow, admissions, and discharge planning Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Required (Master's preferred)
• Active RN license (or ability to obtain)
• 5-8 years of acute care nursing experience
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience (Manager/Director level)
• Experience overseeing multiple hospital departments preferred Preferred Certifications

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC
