• Director of Nursing (RN) The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with local, state, and federal standards and regulations, established facility policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to provide appropriate care and services to the residents.
