SNF, Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Nursing for a 40 bed facility in Illinois. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leader of the Nursing Department for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Responsible for the development, approval, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate system of nursing care delivery. Handles regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, Medicare reimbursement and the overall administration of the Nursing Department.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor Degree required; Master Degree preferred.

Experience:

3 years of Management experience as a Registered Nurse in the long term care field

License:

Illinois RN license required

Certifications:

AHA BLS required

Computer Skills:
