Director of Nursing

Oversees quality of patient care and supervises nursing staff.

Schedule:

M-F 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Develops, updates, and enforces clinical policies and procedures Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and HIPAA Manages daily operations to maintain a safe, effective care environment Leads, trains, and evaluates nursing staff performance Communicates with medical director, staff, families, and external healthcare providers Coordinates patient care, including transportation to medical appointments Handles administrative responsibilities (budgeting, staffing, facility oversight) Supports program growth, marketing, and external healthcare partnerships Ensures staff onboarding, training, and competency requirements are met Participates in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional education

Require:
