Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure provision of high-quality patient care Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make necessary adjustments Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and manage budgets and resources for the nursing department Foster a positive and supportive work environment Provides coaching, guidance, and feedback to nursing staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects

Requirements:
