Responsibilities:

On call rotation every 5th weekend. Provide visionary leadership to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing evidence-based practice Mentor and coach nursing staff, providing guidance and support for professional development

Requirements:

Current RN license Experience in nursing leadership or management Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
