We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Director of Nursing on behalf of a respected, well-resourced skilled nursing and post-acute organization in the greater Naperville market . This role is ideal for a DON, ADON, Regional clinical leader, or ambitious nursing executive seeking a platform with organizational support, operational stability, and room for growth.
Seeking a leader who can:
Lead, mentor, and retain nursing talent Drive quality measures, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance Build accountability, culture, and a resident-centered clinical environment
Desired Background:
Illinois RN License required Previous DON experience preferred.
