Your Role:

Lead and support the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations Collaborate with facility leadership on strategic planning and quality care initiatives Develop and oversee quality assurance and risk management programs Mentor, train, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of care Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, workflow, and employee performance Support a culture focused on dignity, compassion, teamwork, and professional excellence Assist with onboarding new nursing staff and implementing updated policies and procedures Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Perform additional leadership duties as assigned by facility administration

Who We're Looking For:

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Previous nursing leadership experience in long-term care preferred Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical protocols Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills Dependable, organized, and passionate about quality resident care Motivated to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff development
