Requirements:
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements 2 years experience in long-term care minimum. Registered nurse in the State of Illinois. Proficiency with medical software (PointClickCare required). Excellent interpersonal skills and bed manner. Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
