Bluffton, IN Position:
Full-Time River Terrace Retirement Community is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team in Bluffton, Indiana. This role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with all regulatory standards. River Terrace Retirement Community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Short-Term Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care services in a compassionate and resident-focused environment.
