We are seeking a passionate and dynamic nursing leader to oversee our exceptional clinical team and drive excellence in resident care. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing services to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. Schedule, assign, and support nursing staff to optimize workflow, staffing efficiency, and resident outcomes. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes resident-centered care. Serve as a key resource for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team by facilitating effective communication. Monitor resident conditions and ensure significant changes are communicated promptly to physicians and responsible parties. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care. Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve clinical, operational, and quality improvement goals. Lead staff development initiatives, mentoring, and performance management efforts. Support quality assurance and performance improvement programs. Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana. Minimum of one year of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care setting, preferably as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Director of Nursing (DON). Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing care. Experience working with the geriatric population preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Why Join Us?
