Clinical Leadership:
Direct high-impact workflows, resources, and clinical services across Cardiovascular, including
ICU, PCU, and Med/Surg Strategic & Operational Autonomy:
Shape the future of your department by designing long-term goals and having a direct impact on growing our service line
Executive Collaboration:
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, hospital administration, and directors to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and eliminate barriers to top-tier patient care
Team Development:
Cultivate and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals by leading with mentorship and fostering career growth What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
Work Experience:
5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
