Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead the daily operations of our surgical center and nursing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the staff in delivering patient-centered care
• Hiring
• Supply and material management
• Patient satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with CMS, State and accrediting regulations and guidelines
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Commitment to quality
• Knowledge of infection control
• Oversee documentation review processes to maintain accurate medical records
• Coordinate scheduling for optimal patient flow and excellent patient care satisfaction
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and support the nursing team
• Strong organizational skill, leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Active RN license with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
