We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing who brings exceptional leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a standout work history in long-term care or post-acute healthcare. This is an opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader who has successfully served as a Director of Nursing and is passionate about quality care, team development, and operational success.
This leader will:
Lead and oversee all nursing operations within the community Ensure delivery of exceptional resident care and clinical outcomes Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and clinical staff Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident satisfaction and quality measures Monitor staffing, budgets, infection prevention, and clinical systems Prepare for and successfully manage state surveys and audits Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and compassion Promote

Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence What we are looking for: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care Demonstrated history of strong survey outcomes and clinical leadership success Stable and progressive work history showing leadership growth and commitment Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain high-performing nursing teams Strong understanding of state and federal regulations, compliance standards, and reimbursement systems Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment Benefits and perks include:
