Director of Nursing (DON) $95,000 - $100,000 per year An established skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure the delivery of quality resident care. Responsibilities Direct the overall operations of the Nursing Department Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures Ensure accurate nursing documentation and conduct chart audits Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning Provide leadership and support to nursing staff Qualifications Active RN license required Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience required Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Benefits Eligible full-time employees may receive: Health insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Professional development opportunities
